EKG

EKG's are administered with a 12-lead portable unit. The units are totally self contained and easy to use. In a matter of minutes the patient, in their own familiar environment, is connected to the unit, the EKG taken and a self-diagnosing printout is created for the medical services provider of the patient. If the provider is not on site, then these results can be faxed anywhere.

Recently a nursing facility called and asked us to come and do an EKG, the doctor had thought the patient needed to go to the emergency room, due to the patient's condition, but when the emergency room was contacted there was a backlog and it would be hours before the patient could get an EKG. Our MMDS office was located close and we were able to get the EKG to the doctor within 30 minutes of his request.
